Very delicious Uffizi sandwich. Light citrus flavors pair well with the cheese in the salad. Bread is soft but still flavorful and has a fantastic crust to it. Location is a bit hidden but a fantastic find. I hope word of mouth and the high quality I received today keep this place afloat and successful in a spot that other brands have had issues with in the past.

My favorite takeout place. I'm working my way through the sandwich menu and every one of them is stellar. Oh, that bread! Also great soups, salads, and a nice antipasto plate. For a very reasonable price, you can put together quite an impressive lunch or dinner spread. I'll be back soon.

The sandwiches are delicious. Made with freshly baked beads and the lasagna is the best I've ever tasted. They have beer on tap and great wines.

My new favorite spot! The sandwiches are the best I’ve ever had. The tomato soup tasted super fresh. I tried the pistachio croissant too which was also delicious. Really nice staff and owners. The vibe is cute, like a little cafe in Florence. I keep coming back!

Being from Italy I am very pick with Italian food. I can tell you without a doubt Cafe Viola has the best lasagna and prosciutto sandwich around! I highly recommend you try it out.

In a world when every local business is getting bought out by franchise brands, it’s nice to see when the reverse happens. Delicious espresso-based and regular coffees and pastries that are mouth watering. We can’t wait to try their homemade lasagne and tiramisu. If it’s anything like their chocolate and pistachio croissants, we’ll love it. The wait time is completely timely and efficient.

This charming new café was a delightful discovery on our way to Duxbury Beach. We decided to try their takeout and ordered three sandwiches along with iced lattes. Our choices included the Caprese and the Vegetable Michelangelo. The sandwiches were outstanding — fresh, generously sized, and bursting with flavor, with a distinctly European taste and vibe. I especially loved the bread they used. Each sandwich came with a choice of chips or salad; we opted for the salad, which was wonderfully fresh and flavorful. The interior of the café is inviting and well designed, making it a place I’d happily linger in as well. We will definitely be returning — the menu is full of tempting options we can’t wait to try. I highly recommend this café! I can even see myself stopping by in the winter just to enjoy one of their delicious sandwiches.

Had the nicest interaction with owners Dana & Francesco (perfect couple for a Hallmark special). They make up the dream team in the kitchen and you can taste his Italian roots in their homemade bread. Cappuccino was on point and I will seriously be dreaming of that scone until my next trip. Couldn't recommend enough!!

I had a hot Americano and a turkey sandwich, and both were excellent. I could feel the ingredients were great quality. I didn’t feel bloated at all after eating (I have a sensitive stomach). They use really good butter and cheese, and there was none of that unpleasant, waxy aftertaste you sometimes get elsewhere. The space is also huge with lots of outlets and if I could, I would love to come back to study here.

Legitimately delicious food, and I’m not a sandwich person generally. We split the portabella, prosciutto, and grilled cheese sandwiches and each was separately delicious. The salad on the side was fresh and balanced; I used the dressing with the portabella sandwich’s the croissant was stuffed/overflowing with the pistachio filling, dangerously good. I found myself enjoying the purple wall inside when I ate some in the store, and then we ate the rest as a picnic at the king Caesar house nearby - both great options. Very friendly and helpful staff, seemed to really care about quality (and it shows!). Will put this on the itinerary for visiting guests
